About The Inner Temple Yoga
Yoga was never about flexibility. It’s a mind-control escape plan.
Rewire your nervous system. Unlock your flow. Break free. Move. Breathe. Act.
- A Practice. A Language. A Remembering.
- A ritual, a declaration, a manifestation.
- A place to meet the sacred—in your breath, your bones, and your becoming.
This is The Inner Temple Yoga.
- Not a method. A living lexicon.
- Not a style. A spiritual architecture.
- Not something you join. Something you remember.
What We Believe
Everything is a messenger—your pain, your pleasure, your triggers, your awe. We don’t sort experience into good or bad. We ask: What is this calling me to create?
Because triggers are not just wounds to heal. They are invitations.
Sometimes it’s shadow. Sometimes it’s inspiration.
Sometimes it’s not about falling in love—it’s about rising into responsibility.
You think it’s about them. It’s really about you—what you’re here to birth.
This is Where the Sacred Meets the Somatic
You won’t just meditate. You’ll meet the many parts within you—each one a piece of God.
You won’t just stretch. You’ll unwind.
You won’t just flow. You’ll discover new ways of moving, feeling, and expressing—like a laboratory of becoming.
This is not a performance. This is a place to feel.
To play in the mud and in the light. To explore your triggers.
To walk with your pain and your power. To embody the mystery.

Who’s Behind It
Meet Your Guide
My name is Lawrence—teacher, guide, artist, disruptor, mystic, philosopher, poet.
I’ve been teaching yoga for 18 years (since 2007) and practicing for over two decades. Before that, I was directing and performing in theater—learning how story, breath, and body collide. Since then, I’ve taught thousands of classes across the world—Hong Kong, Moscow, Toronto, Bali.
I’ve studied craniosacral therapy, Internal Family Systems, sacred sexuality, and contrast therapy. And I’ve learned one thing over and over again: You don’t need to become anything. You just need to remember what you are.
That’s what The Inner Temple is for.
